Until the very end.
Dinner tonight
Just came back from church and dinner with the family. While we were having dinner I noticed a lady sitting at a table by herself waiting for her dinner. Throughout the entire time we were there God kept telling me I was supposed to go over there and tell her “happy easter”. As we were leaving the restaurant I walked over to her table and told her “happy easter, I just felt like I was supposed to tell you that…”
And at that she kinda gave me a peculiar look and said thank you. I take several things from this. First off: the peculiar look that she had on her face really shows that our society does not push interact with each other much; that a random person with a few kind words is not common. Secondly by obeying what God wanted me to do in that moment, I could have brightened her day (I must add that I do not expect nor do I want gratification for this simple act of kindness). Just an after-thought that came to mind. So yeah…Happy Easter!!
He died to give way for our eternal life and a life not torn apart by the sin of this world! :)
